VIVA-PONATA RULES:

1. Underage
You must be over or exactly 18 years of age to play this game.
If you are suspected of being underage your account might get locked up for
extended periods of time until your DOB is proven to be legit.

2. Multi (multiple accounts).
Players are only allowed to have ONE account, if you are on the same IP with another player any form of in-game contact with them
will mark you as multi. In other words, dealing with anyone on the same IP as yourself is not allowed.

3. Cheating.
It is forbidden to cheat the game (not reporting a bug/glitch/loophole is considered cheating).

The following actions are classified as cheating:
Glitching - any attempt to use a loophole/glitch to gain advantages over others is forbidden.
Bug exploiting - exploiting a game bug to gain advantages over others is forbidden.
Macro, Botting -  Any software that alter the system or give any benefit to a player in any way is forbidden.
Refreshers -  Auto refreshers, browser addons or any kind of artificially stay online is forbidden.
Proxy - It is forbidden to connect through proxies or use any software that use proxies to mask your IP.
Fake referrals - It is forbidden to create fake referrals, any attempt to cheat the referral system will be punished accordingly.
Account sharing - It is forbidden to access another account than your own for any reason. It is also forbidden to give access to your account to another player.
Account selling -  It is forbidden to sell or trade accounts or items for real money or real goods.
Donation frauds - Legal actions will be taken against anyone who attempt to gain or gained VIP status fraudulently.

4. Illegal Actions.
The following actions are considered illegal:

Impersonating - It is forbidden to impersonate a staff member or another player for any reason.
Paper spam -  Posting more than two adds in a row is forbidden.
Event flood - Any attempt to flood another player with events will be punished.
Advertising - We understand you play other games but don't advertize them here.
Advertising/linking other games in profiles, sigs, newspaper or mails is forbidden.
(You might get your account jailed automatically by the system for doing this so please avoid that.)
Privacy violations - It is forbidden to use or make public any personal details of another player without their direct permission such as names,
 photos, addresses, phone numbers etc.
Game spoilers  - It is forbidden to use any game image as avatars, icons or post them in signatures.
Anti-game behavior & propaganda - Ignoring staff's investigative questions or blocking a staff member from mailing you,
falsely accusing another player of cheating in public, falsely accusing the staff of wrong doing publicly or
disrespecting a staff member in public, spreading any false/fake information about the
game in public or via mails(spam) in order to damage its image.
Fake/False Reports - It is forbidden to send false player reports or to abuse the report feature in any way, make sure to fill in the ID
of the player you are reporting or it will be trashed.

5. Unsuitable Content.
Racism and pedophilism are forbidden. Any content, pictures, signatures avatar or wording that is deemed to be racist or underage (under 18) are strictly forbidden.
Enforcement decisions for reported content lays with game admin and game secretary.

6. On-hold.
The staff reserves the right to put players Under Investigation up to 72 hours if/when suspicious activity/behavior is shown.

VIVA-PONATA Terms of Service (T.O.S.):

Fairplay:
- Players who are trying to manipulate the rules and/or use loopholes in them can be deleted from the game. Before taking a decision each case will be looked at separately by the Viva Ponata staff.
- Players who have violated the rules can have their accounts deleted or blocked for any length of time. Every case is decided separately given the offence and proof of it.

Responsibility of the developers:
- The staff of Viva Ponata will do everything possible for the game to run flawlessly, beyond that Viva Ponata is not liable in any way for server breakdown, faulty programming etc.
- The occurrence of any disadvantages for a user resulting from server breakdowns, faulty programming etc. does not entitle the user to claim the recovery of his account's status before the occurrence.

Membership:
- After registering an account all players are considered members.
- Viva Ponata is free to play. However there is a VIP status that offers additional extras. Once expired players can continue to play as long as they want, but the extras will be stopped
- All accounts with their stats, items, etc., are virtual objects. The users do not have any legal rights over them. All rights are reserved by Viva Ponata.

Terminating membership in Viva Ponata:
- Viva Ponata reserves the right to delete player accounts, who have violated the internal rules of the game or if an account has been inactive for extended periods of time without being logged.
- No legal claims can be made against Viva Ponata when accounts are deleted.

Content and responsibility:
-  All content posted in profiles, signatures, newspaper or mails express the views of the author therefore viva-ponata.com can't be held responsible of any content or other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where viva-ponata.com is hosted or International Law.

Actions:
- You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, don't give out your password to anyone, staff will never ask you for password or personal details.
- Children don't play this game, in fact Viva Ponata is rated R and PG18+. Sexual vulgarities, pornographic perversions and all kinds of adult content is allowed. (Yes, you can have/use explict pictures/names in profile/game).
- Profile images with nudity, profanity and other offensive images are alowed except pedophilism and racism, which are strictly forbiden. Any content related to pedophilism will be deleted, all infringements will be reported to the police.
- Harassing other players is tolerated and isn't punishable therefore you can not report any player for harrassment. You can deal with it on your own by: Ignoring offenders, killing/hosping them for a long long times etc.
- Do not spam the staff's mailbox, if you have a problem, message one of us once. They will deal with your problem in a timely
manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.

Contact:
If you have clear evidence/proofs of a member of staff bothering you with jail threats or any power abuse/intimidation, mail Kurupt [1].
-No accounts or any parts of them can be sold for profit in the real world. All offenders will be investigated and sanctioned.

Liability in Viva Ponata:
- Viva Ponata does not carry any responsibility for any equipment that has been harmed while the game was played.
- Viva Ponata is not responsible for any personal injury happened while the game was played or as a result of any in-game action/event. The staff of Viva Ponata warns that extensive periods of time sitting in front of a computer could be unhealthy.

Game Updates:
- Viva Ponata reserves the right to change any aspect of the game without prior warning.

Agreement:
- Having an account in Viva Ponata means that you have agreed with our T.O.S.(Terms of Service) and Rules.
- The IP address of all users are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
- You agreed that “Viva-Ponata.com” have the right to remove, edit, move or delete any account or item at any time should we see fit.
- As a user you agreed to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party, neither  viva-ponata.com shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised or lost.
